Delivery

Your tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out. Please note that it usually takes 2-3 business days for the carrier to update information online. We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. Please contact us within 6 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
