Just keep any one of the earbuds in the charging case, and it will automatically enter into mono mode.

It would happen when the battery life of the charging case is low. Please recharge the case and try it again.

2. Clear “Rimor” from the Bluetooth list on your device and turn off Bluetooth.
3. Pick up the earbuds, keep them within 5cm for 10 seconds, and then reconnect.
