Refund & Exchange
1. Email service@tranya.com with your defect details and order number. (Before you email to Tranya, please read Warranty Policy carefully)
2. Get a return label from our support team (DO NOT ship the product back without speaking with a Tranya representative)
3. Follow the instructions that come with the label for shipping.
4. When the item arrives in our office, we will inspect the item and report back to you with our findings.
