Refund & Exchange
1. Email service@tranya.com with your defect details and order number. (Before you email Tranya, please read Warranty Policy carefully)
2. DO NOT ship the product back without speaking with a Tranya representative.
3. Follow the instructions to ship the product to provided address by Tranya representative via post office.
4. When the item arrives in our office, we will inspect the item and get back to you with our findings.
