Q: How to go back to stereo mode after faulty operation?

A:Either way would be helpful below:1, Clear "T1-pro-L" on the Bluetooth list of your smartphone;
2, Turn on the RIGHT earbud first, then the LEFT earbud subsequently. Make sure that do NOT select “T1 Pro-L” on your smartphone at any time if you want to go back to the stereo mode.
Tip: If you can’t still go back to stereo mode, try to reset the earbuds.

Q: Will there be latency when watching a video from your laptop or cellphone?
A: The following tips may be helpful.
1, Video latency depends not only on the earbuds but also the cell phones and the apps.
2, Due to the Bluetooth 5.0 and high sensitivity antenna, the latency is hardly noticed on IOS devices, such as iPhone and iPad series.
3, For Android and Windows device, the latency may be noticed in a few apps while they performed pretty well on YouTube.

Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some places, such as along railway and in the airport?
A: Generally, there are plenty of cables underlying in the places mentioned above, which is most likely to produce electromagnetic interference and results in signal interruption.
