A:Either way would be helpful below:1, Clear "T1-pro-L" on the Bluetooth list of your smartphone;
2, Turn on the RIGHT earbud first, then the LEFT earbud subsequently. Make sure that do NOT select “T1 Pro-L” on your smartphone at any time if you want to go back to the stereo mode.
Tip: If you can’t still go back to stereo mode, try to reset the earbuds.

A: The following tips may be helpful.
1, Video latency depends not only on the earbuds but also the cell phones and the apps.
